Illustrators North is a professional organization founded by award-winning illustrators Ashwin Chacko and Clive McFarland with the vision to build a community of thriving illustrators in Northern Ireland.
As illustrators, we often work in isolation so we end up being isolated from the industry. The truth is we need community to grow and thrive to push us outside our comfort zone so we can be better and contribute to strengthening our industry.

We believe Northern Ireland is full of amazing talent that just doesn’t get enough credit. We hope to change this and push our illustrators into the forefront of the industry!
Three things we will be putting together as we move forward:
Drop In: Our monthly meet up in Belfast. For creatives of all walks so we can bridge the gap between the various creative industries and cultural venues.
Exhibit In: Our highly curated annual group show to showcase the amazing talent of our members aka Kin.
Learn In: Workshops to create opportunities for professional illustrators to share experience and expertise.
